Set oven to 160 fan

In a tin of choice butter and add 2 layers of filo and make sure you butter each layer. make sure you over lap the sides

Crumble some pudding make sure you dont neglect the corners

Add another layer of filo butter

The next layer I've added some leftbover brandy butter

Keep going when you get to the top finish with 2 layers butter again. Fold over that overhang and Tuck in

Guess what butter again the cut with a sharp knife into square or diamonds

Place in the oven at 160 for 20 mins
- 9
Now place all your syrup ingredients into a pan and gently warm until you have a thick syrup
