Boil your water

Get your fish put it in a bowl do not shred the fish at all just leave it round
Pour the boiled water into it leave for 6 mins

In a clean pot pour little water add your palm oil add your roughly blended pepper and crayfish stir a bit add the onions and the seasoning cube and stir allow to boil for 4 mins make sure the water is not dried up to avoid it getting burnt
Add the fish into it do not stir to avoid the fish breaking up just gently take the mix in the pot and pour in the fish leave to boil for another 4 mins
Then you bring the fish out and put it in the plate you want to serve it in

Shred your green and wash thoroughly
Slice your plantain small small

Add a little salt to taste then add your shredded green and plantain in the pot

Stir well and allow to simmer for 4 mins
Then you pour out your vegetable on the fish

Your vegetable fish is ready
