Clean, Wash and chopped the methi leaves.
In a vessel add 2 glass of water add 1tsp salt and 1/4tsp turmeric powder and bring it a boil. Then strain it and wash with cold water.keep aside in a strainer to remove excess water - 2
Take a pressure cooker add oil,when oil heated well add whole spices,when they started crackled add onion sliced and fry when onion turn light golden add ginger garlic paste, chopped tomatoes, slit green chillies and cook for a minute that raw smell of ginger garlic goes.

Add garam masala powder and salt mix and cook for 1 minute. Add green peas and cover the lid.cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes that tomatoes and peas turn soft

Add methi leaves cook for 3-4 minutes over high flame.add Chilli flakes mix well. Add soaked rice.

Mix well.add water and pressure cooked for 2whistle.turn off thr flame.Allow to release the pressure and open the lid.the pulaw is ready.

For tempering in a tempered pan add Desi ghee.add green chillli and sesame seeds.when they started to turn golden switch off the flame.
Pour the tempering over cooked pulaw.the delicious mehi patar pulaw is ready.
