This is an authentic style gravy of fresh green pigeon peas. It has its original awesome taste so no need for extra spices. Enjoy spicy gravy with Bajra roti.

Remove all pigeon peas from pods.

First take a blender jar, add ginger garlic and green chillies, grind coarsely

Add fresh green pigeon peas and grind coarsely again and keep aside

Now for preparing curry, heat oil in a pan

Add mustard seeds and cumin

Once it starts crackling,add chopped onion

Saute till it turns translucent

Now add chopped tomato,saute for 1min

Add all the dry spices,mix well

Transfer ready coarsely ground paste of peas

Combine everything well,add 11/2 cup hot water

Allow it to boil for 2min and then cook for 3,4min further on low flame

Now turn off the flame, sprinkle finely chopped coriander leaves

Serve this delicious authentic gravy with bajra roti and enjoy a perfect winter special meal.
