1 cupchopped potatoes
1 cuppeas/muttor
1onion chopped
1tomato chopped
fewcurry
1 tbspoil
1/2 tspmustard seeds
1/2 tspcumin seeds
1 tbspchopped coriander leaves
1 tbspsambar powder

To begin with heat up a pan..add in oil.mustard seeds,cumin seeds..let it splutter.. add in curry leaves&chopped onions..saute it add potatoes, peas,& tomatoes

Give it good mix.add in sambar powder,salt and 1/2 cup of water.cover the lid cook until done

When it's done add in chopped boiled egg.mix well.garnish with chopped coriander leaves and your done..
