1 cupall-purpose flour
1/4 cupany unflavored oil
3/4 cuppowdered sugar
1/2 cupthick curd
1 tspbaking powder
1/4 tspbaking soda
1/4 cupmilk
3-4 dropsvanilla essence
250 gramsstrawberries
200 gramswhipped cream
1 cupchopped & soaked strawberries with 3 tbsp sugar
4 tbspsugar syrup

Firstly sift all the dry ingredients&keep aside,Whisk wet ingredients for 5-6 minutes,now fold in to the dry ingredients gently.Shift the batter to greased tin and bake at 180c degree for 35-40 minutes, let vanilla sponge cake to cool down completly,

Now cut the cake in to 2 layers.Whip cream to the soft peak consistency,

Further drizzle sugar syrup on one layer of the cake,spread whipped cream evenly on top of it,further spread chopped and soaked strawberries evenly on top of it,

Place the other layer, apply sugar syrup.spread whipped cream,Garnish with strawberries & your delicious Christmas Vanilla Strawberry Cake is ready to relish.
