Ingredients

25 minutes
6 servings
  1. 1 cupRoasted grams/ husked (futane)
    Besan Laddoo
  2. 3/4 cupDark Jaggery powder
  3. 1/2 cup + 2 tbspPure ghee
  4. 2 tablespoonsRoasted Almond powder
  5. 2 tablespoonsRoasted Cashew powder
    Till Gulache Ladoo
  6. 1 tspCardamom powder

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    First, blend the roasted gram or futane to a fine powder. Then combine withthe nut powders and grind again to a smooth mixture.

    Then take ghee and jaggery in a wide bowl and cream with spatula to a fine creamy paste. Cream for 5 to 7 minutes for desired results.

    Then slowly mix in the powders, cardamom powder and keep mixing with silicon spatula until you have a smooth mixture. Do this for 10 minutes.

    Then make into Laddoos by taking small ball sized portions and rolling them into your palms the get a round shape. Enjoy anytime and especially give to growing kids, lactating new moms, pregnant women and elders too. These are rich in iron, calcium and protein too
