Tricia’s White Chicken Chili
This makes a double batch! It’s yummy and scrumptious!
Steps

In a large crockpot, mix flour and stock together with a wire whisk until flour is completely incorporated and there are no lumps.

Add all the rest of the ingredients

Cook on high for 6 hours or until chicken is tender and pulls apart with a fork.

Shred the chicken with 2 forks.

Peppers and Corn are 2 foods that don’t like me very much so I leave those out for a savory dish without the pain but if your tummy can handle it, they make a tasty addition. Serve with tortilla chips, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, chives, corn bread, or all by its yummy self!
