Ingredients

6 hours
6 - 8 servings
  1. 4 cupschicken stock
  2. 1/2 cupflour
  3. 2 lbsboneless skinless chicken breast
  4. 2 cansnavy beans
  5. 1onion chopped
  6. 16 ouncescream cheese
  7. 8 ouncesshredded carrots
  8. 8 ouncescorn (optional)
  9. 1 canmild green chilies (optional)
  10. 1 tspgranulated garlic
  11. 1tap granulated onion
  12. Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a large crockpot, mix flour and stock together with a wire whisk until flour is completely incorporated and there are no lumps.

    Add all the rest of the ingredients

  3. 3

    Cook on high for 6 hours or until chicken is tender and pulls apart with a fork.

    Shred the chicken with 2 forks.

  5. 5

    Peppers and Corn are 2 foods that don’t like me very much so I leave those out for a savory dish without the pain but if your tummy can handle it, they make a tasty addition. Serve with tortilla chips, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, chives, corn bread, or all by its yummy self!
