Methi ke parathe

In a parath put atta, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, ajwain, grated ginger and methi leaves. Mix everything nicely.

Next add oil and mix al ingredients well. Now gradually add water and knead a semi soft dough.

Brush oil on dough. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes of resting.

After resting, knead the dough again. The dough is softer now.
Pinch out lemon size portion from the dough and roll into paratha. Give shape of your wish.
Roast the parathas with oil on medium to high heat. - 5
Nice garma garam parathas are ready!!
Have them with pickle and curd
