Steps

Firstly heat a cooker on a medium flame and add sprouted chane, moong and moth beans.

Add the salt, black pepper powder and turmeric powder.

Mix well and add 1/2 cup of water.

Close the lid of the cooker and bring to a whistle.

Switch off the flame and release the pressure. Immediately open the lid to retain the colour.

Take it out in a bowl and mix all chopped vegetables, lemon juice chopped coriander and chaat masala.

Do the plating and serve to your loved ones.
