Wash mutton marinade with turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and keep for 30 min

In a pressure pan add mutton, whole garam masala, 1/2 cup water and cook (after the 1st whistle, reduce flame and cook for 15 min)

In a pan add oil, fry coriander seed, fennel seed until get aroma.

Grind ginger garlic and fried seed little water and grind as fine paste

In the same pan add oil, fry onion until brown, add curry leaves, and ground paste stir for 10 min

Now add cooked meat, kashmiri chilli powder, garam masala powder, and continue to stir in high flame until 10 min. Squeeze lime over it

Serve hot with rice roti etc.,
