Ingredients

1hr 30 mins
4-6 servings
  • 500 gbeef mince
  • 400 gchopped tomatoes
  • 240 gred kidney beans
  • 2-3onions medium
  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • 300 glight cottage cheese
  • 1heaped tablespoon of Paprika power
  • 1 teaspooncumin power
  • 1/4 teaspoonchilli powder
  • 1 tablespoontomato paste
  • 2beef oxo cubes
  • 3 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  • White Basmati rice - 130g per person (cooked)

Steps

1hr 30 mins
  1. 1

    Cook the salt, onions and garlic in oil. Cook until soft.

  2. 2

    Add the beef mince and cook until brown

  3. 3

    Add the spices

  4. 4

    Once fragrant add the tins of tomatoes and cottage cheese and bring to a boil

  5. 5

    Once boiling turn to medium heat and add oxo cubes, kidney beans and tomato paste

  6. 6

    Simmer for 30mins

  7. 7

    Serve with basmati rice

  8. 8

    Serve with coriandwr garnish and enjoy.
    Macros split over 4 portions with 130g of cooked white basmati rice are:
    54g of carbs
    7g of fat
    48g of protein.

    If you want less carbs eat less rice and have a salad starter.
