Argentinian-Style Beef Milanesa
Steps
- 1
Pound the beef to tenderize it.
- 2
Season both sides with salt, black pepper, cumin, and garlic powder.
- 3
Place the beef in a bowl and drizzle both sides with a little vinegar.
- 4
In another bowl, beat the eggs with the same seasonings, but use less. Add chopped parsley.
- 5
Add a splash of milk if you have it.
- 6
Dip the beef slices into the egg mixture, let the excess drip off, then coat them in breadcrumbs in another bowl.
- 7
Press the beef into the breadcrumbs and pat it so the coating sticks well.
- 8
Once all the milanesas are ready, heat oil for frying.
