Mix all the flour and semolina first. Add curd and water. Mix well to prepare a batter. Rest for ten minutes.

Now add the veggie, water green coriander leaves, onion, cumin seeds, dry ginger powder, black pepper powder and salt. Mix well.

Grease a nonstick pan with oil and spread a ladle full of batter.

Cook covered in medium to low flame. Cook both the sides, sprinkling oil.

Serve hot with potato curry.
