Spinach onion pakoda and mirchi bajji

Grind green chilli, curry leaves, coriander leaves. Mix these in besan, corn and rice flour. Add salt, ajwain. Add spinach, onion, add little water. Mix it well.

Take a pan and keep it on the stove. Once the pan heat add oil. Once the oil heats, keep the flame in medium. Fry pakodas.

Take it into a plate and serve hot.

For making mirchi bajji, take besan flour, corn flour, rice flour, salt, baking soda, mix well, add ajwain into it. Mix with water.

Dip Michi in the batter. Fry until golden brown in oil.

Take it into a plate and serve hot
