Fry cashews in oil,then add green chillies and onion. Saute well. Add tomatoes mix well.

Make puree. Wash methi leaves and roast well in oil.

Heat oil in a pan. Add onion tomato puree. Fry until it releases oil. Add red chilli powder, salt and garam masala as per taste. Add fried methi leaves and green peas and mix well.

Add cup of milk in it. Mix well. Then add a cup of fresh cream or malai. Add kasuri methi.Let it boil.

Garnish with malai. Serve hot with roti, chapati or phulka.
