Bajra and green moong khichdi
Steps

Soak the coarsely ground bajri and moong in warm water for 4hrs

Pressure cook them after 4hrs upto 5whistles. Or till its a semiviscous liquid

In a pan, add ghee, curry leaves, cumin seeds, asofedita, then add the cooked khichdi
- 4
Now add salt, turmeric powder and a cup of water. Mix well and cook stirring for 2-3mts

Serve garnished with spring onion and its greens
