Wash & Cut all the veggies and keep aside.

Heat oil in a kadai add chopped garlic fry for few mins then add the sliced onions saute for few mins then add the capsicum stir fry for 2 mins then add carrots, french beans & cabbage saute on high flame for few mins, add soy sauce, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce,black pepper powder and salt mix well cook for 2 to 3 mins. Stuffing is ready

Cool the stuffing. Take a spring roll sheet place a tbsp of the stuffing apply the maida paste on the edges now roll and fold the sides make sure the roll is sealed tight.

Heat oil in a pan and fry in hot oil on medium flame till golden and crisp. Enjoy the spring roll with schezwan sauce
