Chole gravy

Firstly take a chole clean and wash and soak overnight or 3 to 5 hours after that next day pressure cook 4 to 5 whistle and keep a side, take above all the ingredients together, heat the kadhai pour oil add cumin seeds, and all the above whole garam masala,

Saute for a minutes add onion, salt and green chillies and cook for five minutes, add chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic paste mix it well and cook.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala kashmiri red chilli powder, kasuri methi, Everest chole masala mix it well and cook for another five minutes, add boil chole,

Mix it properly add some water as per thickness you want add coriander leaves and cook five to ten minutes,after that our delicious yummy tasty chole gravy is ready to serve, serve hot in a serving bowl,
