Ingredients

Prep15 min, Cook 15 min
2 servings
  1. 1Chicken breasts (Average size, approx. 200 g or 7 oz) -Skin removed
  2. 1 tbsp (15 ml)Olive oil
  3. For Marinading
  4. 1 tsp (5 ml)White wine
  5. 1 tsp (5 ml)Lemon juice
  6. 1/4 tspGarlic powder or Granulated garlic
  7. 1/4 tspGround black pepper
  8. 1/8 tspWhite sugar
  9. 1/16 tsp(Pinch) Salt
  10. For Sauce
  11. 1 tspDry dill
  12. 1 tsp (5 ml)White wine
  13. 2 tsp (10 ml)Plain yogourt
  14. 1 tsp (5 ml)Dijon mustard

Steps

Prep15 min, Cook 15 min
  1. 1

    Chop or Cube Chicken* into bite-size. For easy cutting, use partially frozen chicken. *See tip: https://cookpad.wasmer.app/us/tips/44438

    In a small mixing bowl, rub all marinading ingredients into the chicken and marinade 10 min in room temperature.

    While the chicken is marinading, mix all ingredients for sauce. Set-aside.

  4. 4

    Heat a fry pan to Med-High temperature and add Olive oil.

  5. 5

    Fry Chicken from step 2 until surface turns white and juice comes out.

    Add sauce from step 3 and stir-fry until juice is gone.

    Transfer to a plate and serve. Also makes a great appy, sandwich filling or pizza topping!

Tips

Partially Freeze Meat for Easier Cutting & Slicing

This method works very well for thin slices, strips, chopping and cubing any meat as well as remove excess fat and skin for preparation.
