Gather all the ingredients together.

Dry roast the pumpkin seeds and melon seeds (without ghee) and set aside in a plate. Cut the dried coconut into small pieces, grind it in a blender until fine, and lightly roast it. Dry roast the poppy seeds (without ghee), let them cool, then grind into a powder. Add flax seeds, turmeric, and dried ginger powder.

Add white pepper powder. Heat ghee and fry the edible gum (gond) until it puffs up, then let it cool and grind into a powder. Chop the cashews and almonds, then fry them in ghee.

Add the raisins and fry them as well. Add ghee and roast the flour on low heat until it becomes aromatic.

In a pan, add jaggery with a little water and cook until it melts. Add cardamom powder. Mix all the dry fruits into the roasted flour. Strain the jaggery syrup and add it to the flour mixture, then quickly shape into laddus (balls).

Store the laddus in an airtight container. You can keep and eat these laddus for up to a month.
