Steps

Soaked the bajra for 2 hours in warm water.

Take ghee in a pan and add bajra saute for a minute after that add water to boil and cover with a lid until soft.

Add thick milk and cook for 10 minutes on a low flame.

Switch off the gas then add jaggery, powder Elaichi powder & mawa and mix it well.

Garnish with Roasted Dry nuts.

Serve hot or cold.
