Parboil the vegetables of carrots, cauliflower florets and beans and set aside

In a wok heat oil and ghee and add whole garam masala of cumin seeds, bay leaf, cloves, green cardamom, whole black peppercorns, cinnamon sticks and stir for 1 min. Add parboiled vegetables and cook for 2 mins

Add curry leaves and slit green chillies and stir. Add ginger paste and stir for 2-3 mins

Add barnyard millet and mix well. Stir for 2-3 mins

Add salt and add water, stir and cook on high flame covered to evaporate the water

Reduce the flame and cook on Dum for 10-15 mins.

Add ghee and switch off the flame, keep it covered for 5 mins, serve

Plate with hung curd and enjoy 😊
