Heat a pressure cooker,add oil and let it be warm.Add whole spuces and let them crackle.Add sliced onion and fry till golden.

Add mutton and cook on high heat for 2 minutes.Add ginger garlic paste,and all powdered spices.Saute few minutes till oil separates.

Add salt and cut tomatoes.Stir.

Add 1 cup water and close the lid of pressure cooker.Cook 1 whistle on high flame and 5-6minutes on medium flame.

Open the lid after pressure release.Saute few minutes,add curd and saute till oil separates.Add green chillies and garam masala powder also.

Add 1 cup water (adjust).Close the lid without went weifht.Cook 2-3minutes on medium heat.

Put off flame.Add chopped coriander leave.Leave 5 minutes.Serve with roti/paratha/naan/rice/pulao etc.Enjoy.
