Ingredients

  1. 7-8iceberg lettuce leaves
  2. 2red cabbage leaves shredded
  3. 4-5boiled potatoes 🥔 cut into cubes
  4. 2 tbspfinely chopped dill
  5. 1 tbspfinely chopped parsley
  6. 2 tbspfinely chopped coriander leaves
  7. 4 tbspchopped mushrooms 🍄
  8. Salt to taste 🧂
  9. 1 tspsugar
  10. 1+2 tbsp soy sauce
  11. 1green capsicum chopped 🫑
  12. 1 tbspchopped garlic cloves
  13. 1 tbspginger
  14. 2green chillies chopped
  15. 1/2cumin seeds
  16. 1carrot 🥕 cut into long juliennes
  17. 3/4 cupcabbage shredded
  18. 1-2small size chopped onions 🧅
  19. 1 tbspwhite vinegar
  20. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  21. 1/4 tspkashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️
  22. 1/2 tspcoriander & cumin powder
  23. 1/2 cupgreen peas optional
  24. 2 tbspspring onion, green portion only
  25. 1 tbspwhite sesame seeds/ black sesame seeds for garnish
  26. 1 tbspfinely chopped dill for garnish
  27. 3-4 tbspoil
  28. Dipping sauce:
  29. 1 tbspfreshly crushed garlic
  30. I tbsp chopped ginger
  31. 1fresh lime juice 🍋
  32. 11/2 tbspsugar
  33. 2 tbspsoy sauce/ tamari sauce
  34. 2 tbspsunflower oil 🌻
  35. 1 tspred chillies crushed

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil, add cumin seeds, when start to crackle, add chopped garlic and chopped ginger, finely chopped onions 🧅, saute, add sugar to caramelize, cook for 1 min, add green chillies chopped mix well.

    Add little finely chopped dill, mix well, add green peas, chopped mushrooms cook for 2 mins.

    Add boiled potatoes 🥔 mix well, add soy sauce, vinegar, salt🧂and mix well, add green cabbage, carrot 🥕 juliennes, black pepper powder, kashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️, coriander & cumin powder,mix well cover and cook for 5 mins on low - medium flame.

    When all the vegetables are tender, add green capsicum 🫑, just saute it, add finely chopped parsley, coriander leaves, chopped spring onion mix well, cover and cook for 2 mins.

    Finally add red cabbage shredded mix well, let it cool completely, add masala on iceberg lettuce leaves, garnish with finely chopped dill, white/ black sesame seeds, serve.

    Tip: you can serve with any dipping sauce of your choice.

    For dipping sauce: combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix and serve with vegetable ice- berg wraps.
