First of roughly cut to spinach, wash it and blanch for 2 min.

Now drain this and put on chilled ice water for 10-15 min, after that make smooth puree.

Now wash and cut tomatoes in 4-4 pieces, then heat wak and add table spoon of oil and saute tomatoes for 2 min in high flame. And them remove this into plate.

Now in same oil add blanched spinach puree and cook for 3-4 min in medium flame, now add sweet corn, salt and maggi masala in this mix it then add 2 1/4 cup of water and given one bowl.

After that add maggi noodles in boiling water and cook in medium flame when it's almost half done add fresh creme/malai in this and half crush rosted peanuts and cook it.

In a last add chili flakes and mix it well our yummy spinach and corn noodles are ready for the serve.

Garnish with sauted tomatoes and some rosted crushed peanuts and serve hot hot yummy noodles.😊
