Hariyali Pav Bhaji

Wash all the vegetables and chop them finely. Peel the peas and take out the seeds

Make a paste by adding spinach, coriander, green chili, garlic, ginger in a mixer jar.

Boil potatoes, cauliflower and peas in a cooker. Now mash it.
Take out the spinach puree in a bowl. - 4
Heat oil, add one tablespoon butter in a pan, add onion and saute it well, now add capsicum, tomato and saute it well and add all the spices.

Now add half of the spinach and chilli paste in it. After sautéing add mashed potatoes, peas, cauliflower and mix it. Add the remaining spinach and chilli paste to it.

Now add salt and one tablespoon butter in it and bring it to a good boil and cook it.
Shallow fry pav on butter. - 7
Add butter on hot Hariyali Pav Bhaji and serve it with Pav.
