These are absolutely great looking Bhaturas or Pooris done with Wheat Flour using Sharbati Gehun or Whole Wheat and some grated Radish or Mooli. Not only do they look good but also get done very quickly and tastes equally delicious.
I prefer these to the normal plain Flour one's for my family on any day.
And for a filling Breakfast, these are a great option with either Aloo or Chole Masala.
Easy and simple, these beautifully puffed up Bhaturas or Pooris are a treat to our tastebuds.
Though these are deep fried, Wheat Flour one's are always perfect and healthy too. They don't tend to absorb much Oil and therefore are always a hit.

Steps
- 1
Make a soft dough out of all the ingredients listed under the dough preparation. It does not require much water since radish is used. So use it accordingly to make a pliable dough.
- 2
Divide the dough into golf sized balls. Roll them with light hands. Deep fry in hot oil on both the sides. Keep an eye while frying. Check the oil temperature. If it is too hot, reduce it a bit and if it has become less hot, increase the flame accordingly.
- 3
It is advisable to roll all the pooris or the bhaturas at first and keep them covered with a cloth. Deep fry one by one after that. Serve them hot with aloo or chole masala. Or just with some mouthwatering lemon pickle just as i did. It's your choice. Enjoy!
