Steps
- 1
Cut your chicken breasts into stripes
- 2
Add greek yogurt onto stripes
- 3
Add the seasoning of: Salt, garlic powder, red pepper, smoked paprika
- 4
Mix it all together and set it aside
- 5
Use cornflakes for breading and add the same seasoning: Salt, garlic powder, red pepper, smoked paprika. You can add black pepper if you desire here as well
- 6
Crush and mix the cornflakes together till you get good amount of crumbs to mix in with the stripes
- 7
Coat the chicken stripes with the cornflakes and set them on an oven wire tray (wire tray is best for this)
- 8
Put it in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 18-22 minutes --- or, you can maximum heat set on heat from top and bottom, and let it cook till the chicken is nice and red which is what works for me best. You can also use an airfryer at 190 degrees Celsius for 16-18 minutes
- 9
(Optional for the sauce) in a pan on medium meat, add your light soy sauce, light sweet chili sauce, honey, garlic and ginger, and let it simmer on low heat for 5 minutes or until it is thick
- 10
Cover the chicken stripes with the sauce and add sesame for garnish if you'd like
