Take a grinder jar add green chillies, ginger piece and garlic cloves and coarsely paste.

Take a bowl add oats, atta and besan, mix it then add grounded paste and all ingredients except ghee, mix together nicely.

Now add little water and knead to a soft dough. Now divide the prepared dough into equal small portions ball. Then roll the dough ball with the help of a rolling pin into a circle paratha.

Now place the paratha on the medium heat tawa and fry both sides with ghee.

Methi Paratha is ready to serve with curd.
