Wash the lettuce and cut it into strips; set aside. Toast the bread slices, fry the bacon, and then cook the egg in the bacon fat. Add the tomato slices to the pan, then remove and heat the turkey.

Assemble the sandwich: spread mayonnaise on the bread slices, add the lettuce strips, tomato slices, bacon, avocado, turkey, egg, and top with the other slice of toasted bread.
