Ingredients

1/2 an hour
3-4 servings
  • 300 gmspaneer cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 tablespoonginger chilli paste
  • 4desi tomatoes,made into puree
  • 150-200 mlwater
  • 1/2 teaspoonZeera, hing, haldi, mircha, dhaniya powder, kasoori methi, pav bhaji masala
  • 2 tablespoonstil oil
  • As RequiredHara dhaniya for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut paneer into small pieces

    In a kadai put 2table spoons til ka oil
    Add in zeera, hing, haldi and mircha
    Add in ginger chili paste and saute
    Add in tomato puree

    Cook it for 3-4 minutes add in kasoori methi hand crushed

  4. 4

    Mix in paneer and water for gravy
    Also some hara dhaniya

    The quantity of Water should be such that it should be cravy at the end not too thick nor too watery
    Add in little pav bhaji masala say 1/2 teaspoon

    Cook it for good 7-10 minutes and serve with hara dhaniya
