Gond Ke Ladoo is a traditional winter special ladoo. It is rich in nutrients,carbs and healthy fats . Which make it a great healthy snack for all age group people . This delicious ladoo is made with Wheat flour (aata), Gond, ghee along with many combinations of dry fruits.
Gond is also known as edible gum or anutu or dinka . It have warm properties and rich in protein & calcium.

Cooking Instructions

Firstly, heat 2tbsp ghee and roast gond in batches until gond popped completely or crushed well.
Now with the help of rolling pin or back side of any bowl crush the gond . So that you won't get any difficulty while binding ladoo. Keep it ready. - 2
Now heat remaining 5tbsp ghee in a heavy bottomed Kadai on low flame. Add wheat flour stir often and roast till flour turned golden and aromatic. It takes near 20 more minutes.

Now add crushed cardamom and finely chopped nuts (Almond, cashews, pistachios...). Mix well and roast the mixture for another 5-6 minutes. Turn off flame.

Now add crushed Gond and mix well. Then add Tagar(boora), mix it very well until incorporated.

Now start making ladoo when the mixture is still warm. If you feel any difficulty to make ladoo then add some more warm ghee and mix well. Then make ladoo.

Enjoy Gond ladoo for a month when stored in airtight container.
