First roast the peanuts in a pan on low flame for five minutes and then remove to a plate. Now in the same pan add jaggery and a tbsp of ghee and keep stirring. Take a bowl of water and check it by putting a few drops of jaggery into it.

Turn off the gas, add baking soda and roasted peanuts and mix quickly. Put the Glass Bangles on butter pepper and Grease with ghee, sprinkle pumpkin seeds on it and press it with a bowl.

So, A very crispy and healthy Peanuts chikki is ready.
