Beat vegetable oil, sugar, curd, and vanilla together in a big bowl. Sieve in dry ingredients in the bowl. After mixing, add berries coated with flour to the mixture.

Make a smooth batter using 1/4 cup of hot water. Pour in a greased loaf tin. Sprinkle chopped strawberries over it. Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. Enjoy with your cup of tea and coffee.

It can be made in a microwave.Microwave on high for 15 minutes
In the absence of an oven, the cake can be baked in a preheated gas tandoor or regular kadhai. - 4
➡️How do you stop fruit from sinking to the bottom of the cake?
Simply toss the fruit in a small bowl with a small scoop of flour and add the lightly covered fruit to your cake mix. The light flour coating helps the fruit to 'stick' to the cake mixture better, stopping them from sinking.
