Chop the onions, tomatoes, ginger, and green chilies into large pieces.

Add everything to a pan. Add cashews, chilies, and turmeric, then boil. Let cool and grind into a paste.

Grate the paneer and potatoes, then mix in all the spices.

Finely chop 1 green chili and add it. Add cilantro and flour, then mix well.

Shape the mixture into small balls. Lightly coat them in flour and fry.

After frying all the koftas, add cumin seeds to oil, then add the ground gravy. Sauté, then add cream and salt, and cook.

Add water to adjust the consistency of the gravy. Add cilantro. Place the koftas in a bowl, pour the gravy over them, and garnish with cilantro and cream. Your tasty kofta curry is ready.
