Pan fried sea bream with butter and soy sauce (taste of happiness 🌞)

Fish and seafood are always a source of happiness to me. I’m not going to talk about their health benefit and how rich they are in omega 3 and all that… but somehow, eating fish always brings sunshine to my soul even on the coldest and most cloudy days 😊 ☀️
Aaaaand I forgot to say that this is my 200th recipe on Cookpad! 🎉❤️🧡

Steps
- 1
Heat up some oil in a pan and add the butter on medium heat.
- 2
Add the fish. Press for 30 seconds with a spatula to stop it from curling up, but don’t move it so you don’t break the skin. Cook for 3 minutes. Add soy sauce on the fish
- 3
Carefully turn the fish and cook it for 3 more minutes. The meat should be cooked and ready for serving!
