Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2-2 cupsAP flour
  2. 1-2 tbspCajun seasoning
  3. Dashsalt depending on how much Cajun seasoning you use
  4. 1 tbsponion powder
  5. 1 tbspgarlic powder
  6. 4beaten eggs
  7. 3 lbsboneless chicken breasts cut into strips
  8. 1/2 cupFrank’s red hot
  9. 1/2 cuphoney
  10. 1 cuplight sour cream
  11. 1 cupmayo
  12. 1/2Hidden valley dip pack (to taste)
  13. Veg oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil and cut chicken into strips and place in bowl with the beaten eggs. Mix ranch and place in fridge to sit

    Dip in flour, back into eggs and back into flour for it to be double breaded then fry til the oil stops sizzling so loud and golden brown

  3. 3

    Heat up honey and add to small bowl with franks red hot sauce.

    Do not mix all of chicken with sauce or it’ll go soggy. Toss the pieces you want in a bowl while all warm. Serve with ranch!
