1/2 cupbutter
1 teaspoonsgarlic (minced)
2 cupsheavy whipping cream
1/4 teaspoonspepper
1/4 teaspoonssalt
1 1/2 cupgrated Parmesan cheese

Melt butter, add garlic, cream, salt & pepper

Bring to a low boil & reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 8 minutes

Remove from heat and slowly add cheese

Return to stove on low and cook 2-3 minutes stirring consistently
