2 cupsrice
1/4 cupoil
8 oztomato sauce
3 teaspoonssalt
2 teaspoonsgarlic
4 cupschicken broth
1/2 teaspooncumin
1/4 teaspoonpepper

In a large skillet heat oil

Add rice and cook till golden brown

Add chicken broth, tomato sauce, salt, garlic, cumin, & pepper and stir (cover)

Reduce heat to med-low and simmer for 35-40 minutes
