Ingredients

  • 1 litreMilk
  • 1 tbspVanilla custard
  • 1 tbspBanana custard
  • 1/4 tspCardamom powder
  • 1/2 cupSugar
  • 1 cupCream
  • 1 handfulMixed nuts
  • 1/2 cupColoured vermicelli
  • 1 packetJelly any flavor
  • 4Apples

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook jelly according to the instructions.

    Leave it to cool,set and cut it into cubes.

    Peel and chop apples.

    Blend 2 apples and both the custard powders with little milk.

    Cook remaining milk with sugar,cardamom and vermicelli till vermicelli is tender.

    Add in blended mixture and cook till slightly thickens.

    Leave it to cool.

    Add in cream,apples,jelly and nuts.

    Serve chilled.
