Ingredients

  • 1 cupsprouts (whole) green gram
  • 1cucumber 🥒 cut into cubes
  • 1tomato 🍅 cut into cubes
  • 3-4ringed onions 🧅
  • 2finely chopped green chillies (seeds removed)
  • 1 tbspchopped coriander leaves 🌿/ parsley 🌱
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1-2 tbspsunflower oil 🌻
  • Salt to taste 🧂
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder

    Heat oil, add cumin seeds when start to crackle, add sprouts, saute for 2-3 mins, add salt 🧂 & black pepper powder mix well, remove from flame and let it cool completely, keep aside.

    In a serving bowl, add cucumber cubes 🥒, tomato cubes 🍅, finely chopped green chillies, onion rings🧅, finely chopped coriander leaves 🌿/ parsley 🌱 and finely add sauted sprouts and mix gently, Adjust salt & pepper and serve.
