Saute The Veggies--
Heat butter in a kadhai.
Add minced garlic, and green chilies and saute for a few seconds. Now add chopped vegetables and saute until slightly translucent in colour.
Now add chopped tomato. Add salt as per taste and mix well.
Saute the veggies for about 3-4 minutes. - 2
Now add cream and cheese to the pan and give a good mix.
Also, add pepper powder and chili flakes.
Add about 1 cup water and mix well. Keep on medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Make sure you stir the dish continuously until a boil comes. Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes more. - 3
Lastly, add coriander and green garlic and serve the dish along with hot chapatis.
