First heat up the kadai add desiccated coconut and dry roast 2-3 minutes then add milk Powder, milk and mix it well, now add jhola nolen gur, mix it well.

Mix everything properly and cook on low heat, stir continuously, till allmost dry, like sticky dough. Coconut filling is ready.

Now heat a kadai add 1 bowl water, pinch of salt, 1 tsp ghee and let it boil then add 1 bowl rice flour, mix it on low flame, cover it and turn off the flame. Keep aside for slightly cool down then knead it soft dough.

Making Puli -
Now take small portion of dough, make balls, press it and give shap of a bowl. Add the coconut stuffing in the middle and seal it very nicely and make a puli shape as shown in fig. Puli is ready to get cooked in milk. - 5
Boil the milk in a kadai on medium heat 10 -12 minutes to thicken. Then put this puli into the boiled milk and cook on medium heat till puli cooked fully.

Once cooked puli, turn off the flame then add nolen gur, fold lightly and mix it when nolen gur is fully melted, keep aside to cool down. Nolen Gurer Dudh Puli is ready to serve.
