  • 12medium size strawberries
  • 1desi banana
  • 1pitted dates
  • 1 Tbsporange peels
  • 2 Tspchia seeds
  • 3/4 cupmilk
  • 1/3 Tspdry ginger powder
  • 1/3 Tspcinnamon powder
  • 1/4 Tspblack pepper powder
  • 1/3 Tsprock salt
  • 1/4 Tspnormal salt
  • 2 sachetsstevia sweetner

    Dissolve the chia seeds in water. Chop strawberries, banana and dates. Grind with an intermittently pulse to a smooth paste.

    Transfer to a bowl. Add milk and dry ginger powder, cinnamon powder, black pepper powder, rock salt and normal salt and stir for a good mix.

    Lastly, mix stevia sweet powder and mix well. Pour to glass and enjoy the healthy smoothie.
