The perfect recipe when you’re feeling a little unwell. This is my go-to bowl of comfort food when I need to feel nourished.
Steps

In a medium saucepan add a drizzle of oil, shallot and ginger and star anise. Cook over a medium heat for 1-2 mins.

Then add the stock cube and top with hot water. Stir to combine

Add the chicken breast to the pan, cover and cook gently for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked. Remove from the stock and shred the chicken

Meanwhile add the noodles and greens to the pan. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes until the noodles are cooked and greens are tender
- 5
Return the chicken to the pan. Add the soy, sesame, fish sauce to taste. Add optional lime and sriracha and serve
