Add a little olive oil to a large pan (BONUS if you use the rendered fat from the bacon) and add your garlic and Sautee for 2-3 min

Add your rice to the pan and break up and clumps of rice. After this step, I like to flatten and press the rice down in the pot (this adds a little bit of those crispy bits to the rice when cooking)

Add your soy sauce and cook this together for a few mins until the rice is warmed through, and you've incorporated the soy sauce into the rice.

Add your scrambled eggs to the rice and mix to combine. Then add your bacon and mix that to combine.

Just before serving, add your spinach and tomato. The warmth of the rice will JUST wilt the spinach and warm the tomatoes through a little.

So my hubby topped his with sriracha mayo and said he really liked it.
I topped mine with a little sriracha, and it was perfect.
My boys drizzled a tiny bit of maple syrup on theirs (what's can I say, they're Canadian) and they ate 2 plates full! Point is, experiment with your flavors, whether spicy, creamy or sweet and salty. ENJOY!
