Steps

Cream shortening, sugar, & vanilla until light and fluffy

Add Eggs & beat thoroughly. Add sifted dry ingredients alternating with milk

For filling mix flour, sugar, & cinnamon. Add melted butter & stir until mixed

Use 8 x 12 cake pan. put half of batter in pan, sprinkle of filling over dough. Add remainder of batter, and top with rest of filling.

Take a fork & swirl through batter gently about 9 times

Bake @ 350 degrees 30-35 minutes until golden brown
