Spinach....this green leafy vegetable is loaded with many health benefits.It mentains blood sugar in blood,reduces risk of heart disease,full of iron and many vitamins.Here I used spinach puree with whole wheat flour to make the parathas .These healthy and delicious parathas can be enjoyed with raita,pickles or even with plain yogurt.

Steps

Take all the three leaves in a pan,add 2 tbsp water.Cover and cook on low flame for 4-5minutes.Let them cool.Put in a grinder.Add garlic,ginger and green chillies.Grind to a smooth paste.

Take flour in a mixing bowl.Add spinach puree and other remaining ingredients.Make a soft dough.

Roll parathas of your desired shapes.I made square parathas.

Heat a griddle.Cook paratha on medium hot flame.Fry with oil.

Serve with chutney,pickles or raita.
