Steps
- 1
Separate the spoiled dried roots from the good ones
- 2
After place the roots in a container that is big enough
- 3
Pour hot water into container. Enough to cover the roots. Then wrap container in cloth and leave over night in a cool and dry place
- 4
The next day, check the roots again to see if you missed any spoiled ones (you'the be surprised), strain water and grind roots to paste. Not watery but paste. Add little water as you blend to achieve paste consistency
- 5
Pour out paste into a small pot and heat on low temperature for 5 minutes
- 6
Your homemade ginger, garlic and turmeric paste is ready for use. Enjoy✌️✌️
